RBA Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Audit Leadership: Independently lead the full-process RBA VAP 8.0+ audit, including gap analysis, accompanying on-site auditors, and drafting Corrective Action Reports (CAR) for non-conformities (Major/Minor).
2. Issue Resolution: Resolve common compliance issues based on RBA standards, such as excessive working hours, 13th-month pay calculations, dormitory safety, and fire safety compliance.
3. Cross-Functional Remediation: Drive cross-departmental implementation of corrective actions; possess hands-on skills in on-site inspections, employee interviews, and document/record management.
4. Risk & Audit Management: Prepare materials for customer audits, manage factory attendance, and mitigate labor-related risks to ensure 100% compliance across all areas.

Qualifications

1. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written reports and spoken communication).
2. Relevant Experience: 2+ years of factory RBA compliance experience, with specific knowledge of the latest regulations on forced labor and labor agency management.
3. Subject Expertise: Deep understanding of working hours and wages, child labor, forced labor, fire safety, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) compliance.
4. Independent Execution: Proven ability to independently conduct internal audits, host customer audits, and write remediation reports.
5. Practical Skills: Proficient in workshop site inspections, employee interview techniques, and organizing compliance records and ledgers.
