As an RB&E Overseas Intern at Mandarin Oriental Qianmen, Beijing, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure that mise en place levels are kept to standards
• Meet, greet and seat guests in a professional and efficient manner
• Clear and reset tables
• Ensuring high standards are met for guests to enjoy their experience

As an RB&E Overseas Intern , you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and public holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
