RBS - Part Time Instructor (Non-Credit) - 2025

Posting Summary The Rutgers Business School is seeking part-time instructors to teach for its non-credit programs and centers. We are looking for qualified instructors that can contribute to our school’s mission, connect the classroom and the industry, and provide a positive learning experience. Successful candidates will instruct/co-instruct on a variety of topics, including, but not limited to: accounting, accounting information systems, financial accounting, government accounting, taxation, administrative studies, finance, economics, real estate, marketing, management, management science and information systems, operational management, strategic leadership, supply chain, and much more. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Instructing/Co-instructing for non-credit courses and workshops Preparing course materials (e.g., syllabi, presentation, reading materials, documents, etc.) Provide constructive feedback and advisement to participants Practice innovative educational methodology and pedagogy Generating necessary final reports for program directors Some positions may be grant funded.
