What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect session data and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Encourage positive behaviors and help children achieve individualized goals.
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and other clinical team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team.
• Spanish-speaking ability preferred, not Mandatory.

• Bensenville, IL
• Elgin, IL
