As an ABA Therapist at Traina Behavioral Consulting, you will work directly with children and young adults to implement individualized ABA treatment programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will be part of a strong clinical team that values growth, connection, and quality care. Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs with integrity and consistency
• Work with learners in homes, schools, the community, or at our Center in Langhorne, PA
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support learner progress in communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain learner confidentiality and prioritize safety at all times
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members
• Attend training and ongoing professional development opportunities
• Maintain a consistent therapy schedule and reliable attendance

• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training, or willingness to complete it within the required timeframe

ABA Therapist Requirements

• High school diploma or higher required
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in psychology, education, rehabilitation, or a related field
• ABA therapy experience preferred
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training
• Must be able to travel to assigned case locations and maintain a set therapy schedule
• Must be physically able to work with young children, including standing, sitting on the floor, running, and active play
• Background checks and clearances required
