At Champions ABA, our mission is to empower children and families through compassionate, individualized ABA services. We are seeking a dedicated and caring Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support an immediate in-home case in Newton, MA.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while receiving ongoing support, training, and supervision from experienced BCBAs.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with a child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and help implement individualized treatment programs designed by a BCBA. Through structured teaching, play-based learning, and positive reinforcement strategies, you will help your client build important communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home and community settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers
• Attend supervision meetings and training sessions
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and reliable attendance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• RBT certification preferred but not required
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and receive feedback
• Passion for helping children and families succeed
