About the Position

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children?

We are seeking qualified RBTs to join our growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) team in Illinois. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them develop essential communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

You will work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in a supportive, collaborative environment that encourages professional development and high-quality client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and accurately document session data.
• Support the development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Monitor client progress and communicate observations to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team to support treatment goals.
• Maintain professional standards and follow established clinical procedures.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, patient, and professional.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Availability to work a part-time schedule.
• Willingness to work in person at one or more of the listed locations.
