- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and self-care skills.
- Collect and record data on client progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions accurately.
- Teach social skills, communication techniques, and coping strategies to clients through structured activities.
- Provide support in managing challenging behaviors using positive behavior management techniques.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of client information.
- Document medical records, care plans, and behavioral health assessments as required.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support the client's overall development.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements

- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with special education practices and patient care standards.
- Experience assisting with ADLs and implementing care plans in a clinical or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, documentation practices, and care planning processes related to behavioral health.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a team environment.
- A passion for helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. If you are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others through compassionate care and evidence-based practices, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician.
