What they need
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct, individualized ABA therapy to clients by implementing behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Services are provided primarily in a 1:1 setting, with occasional 1:2 sessions depending on client needs and programming.
What if I don’t have my RBT certification?
No problem! To become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll need to complete a 40-hour training course, pass a competency assessment conducted by a qualified supervisor, and successfully pass the RBT exam administered by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
At Grace Autism Services, we provide the 40-hour online RBT training course at no cost (training hours are unpaid), along with the supervision and support you need throughout the certification process—so you’ll have everything you need to become an RBT!
