We’re looking for a compassionate RBT to join our Upper Marlboro team and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy alongside our BCBAs.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver ABA therapy
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Track data and progress during sessions
- Support daily living skills and skill-building programs
- Keep accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
What We’re Looking For
- RBT certification
- Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or special education is a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Team player who can also work independently
