Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician) to join our dynamic team. ***Must be able to pass Federal/State background of 10 yrs***

***Trainees are welcome but you MUST have completed the 40 hour online training***

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, toileting, and other self-care skills
• Collect accurate data on client behaviors and progress to inform treatment plans and ensure consistency in intervention strategies
• Support teaching and skill development through structured sessions tailored to each individual’s needs
• Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with team members to develop and adjust individualized treatment goals for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Foster a safe, positive environment that promotes patience, understanding, and respect for clients’ unique needs

Skills

• Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and applied behavior analysis techniques
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities in educational or clinical settings
• Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior management strategies effectively
• Excellent data collection skills to track client progress accurately
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards
• Effective teaching skills to support skill acquisition and behavior change goals
• Compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating patience and adaptability in diverse situations
