RC DRAFTER

Job Summary We are seeking a technicallycompetent Drafter with reinforced concrete (RC) drafting experience to supportengineering and construction projects in Singapore. RC drafting experience ismandatory. The successful candidate should be able to interpret technicalinformation accurately and produce clear, coordinated drawings in line withproject requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare andupdate reinforced concrete drawings, layouts, sections, details and relateddrafting deliverables.
• Interpretengineering drawings, sketches, specifications and mark-ups and translate theminto accurate CAD drawings.
• Developdetailed RC drawings for construction and coordination purposes.
• Revisedrawings promptly based on design changes, comments and project requirements.
• Coordinatedrawings with relevant architectural, structural and MEP information whererequired.
• Checkdimensions, levels, annotations, drawing references and detailing for accuracybefore submission.
• Maintainproper drawing revisions, file naming and document control.
• Work closelywith engineers, BIM/modeling teams and project personnel to resolve draftingissues.
• Supportpreparation of as-built or revised drawings when required by the project.
• Meet projectdeadlines and maintain consistent drafting quality.

Requirements

• RC draftingexperience is mandatory.
• RelevantDiploma, Certificate or technical qualification in Civil Engineering,Structural Engineering, Drafting or a related field is preferred.
• Goodknowledge of reinforced concrete construction drawings and detailing.
• Proficiencyin AutoCAD or relevant drafting software.
• Ability toread and understand structural and construction drawings.
• Goodattention to detail, accuracy and drawing discipline.
• Ability towork independently as well as coordinate with engineers and project teams.
• Singaporeproject experience will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work inSingapore and meet project deadlines
