RCM Analyst – US Healthcare RCM

We are looking for an experienced RCM Analyst with strong knowledge of U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze A/R, denials, claims, payments, and collections.
• Monitor RCM KPIs and identify performance gaps.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.
• Identify denial trends, revenue leakage, and A/R issues.
• Provide actionable insights to improve collections and reduce A/R.
• Work closely with Billing, AR, Denials, Coding, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing.
• Strong knowledge of claims, A/R, denials, EOB/ERA, and payer processes.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Power BI/SQL experience is a plus.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

Work Location: In-Office | Full-Time
