RCM AR Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.
• Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
• Process patient statements, verify demographic information, and update records as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve revenue cycle management.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.

• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management principles and practices.

• Excellent voice processing skills for effective communication with customers over the phone.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
