RCM Customer Support Analyst ( Patient Calling)

Wave Online Infoway Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced RCM Customer Support Analysts with experience in Patient Calling to join our healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient calls and provide accurate information regarding billing and account-related queries.
• Follow up on outstanding patient accounts and resolve issues professionally.
• Communicate effectively with patients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update account information.
• Follow established US healthcare RCM processes and guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Candidate Profile

• 13 years of experience in Patient Calling / AR Calling / US Healthcare RCM.
• Good knowledge of US Healthcare / Medical Billing.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in AR Follow-up or Denial Management will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in the night shift.
