RCM Manager

We are seeking a proficient RCM Manager to oversee our End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management (US Healthcare). In this role, you will be responsible for Payment Posting, Charge Entry, and Medical Billing, with a specific focus on Adaptive Behavior Assessment documentation. You will facilitate the entire revenue cycle, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing clear direction to the RCM team to achieve operational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficient in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes

- Demonstrated ability in Payment Posting and Charge Entry accuracy

- Technical knowledge of Medical Billing, Claims processing, and denial management

- Familiarity with Adaptive Behavior Assessment (ABAS) or similar clinical documentation tools

- Strong team coordination and mentoring skills

- Capability to analyze data and generate clear financial reports

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Experience with process improvement methodologies in a healthcare setting

- Effective communication skills for stakeholder and client interaction

- Knowledge of evolving US healthcare regulations and compliance standards

- Ability to manage structured workflows in a deadline-driven environment
