Experience: 7+ Years

We are looking for experienced professionals from a Gold Loans background only with strong expertise in RCU, fraud risk management, and branch audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and strengthen end-to-end RCU processes, SOPs, audit frameworks, and escalation mechanisms.
• Lead field officers and conduct surprise branch audits.
• Investigate fraud cases involving gold substitution, pilferage, fake documentation, and auction irregularities.
• Monitor vault management, gold reconciliation, LTV compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Develop fraud detection mechanisms, risk-based audit plans, and MIS reporting.
• Coordinate with Risk, Internal Audit, Vigilance, and Operations teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate/Postgraduate qualification.
• 7+ years of experience in RCU, fraud risk management, or risk containment.
• Experience in setting up or scaling an RCU function.
• Strong understanding of gold loan operations, gold purity testing, vault management, auction processes, and RBI regulations.
• Gold loan industry experience will be preferred.
