研发中心会计 RD Accountant

• Be responsible for routine accounting of R&D Center, including project's sales recognition, expenses/cost collection, voucher preparation etc., to ensure accuracy of project accounting.
• Track full-process costs of projects, complete regular project cost accounting and reporting, identify abnormal cost issues, and provide data support for project pricing and cost optimization.
• Set up ledgers for R&D projects to collect data including project's budget, actual expenditure and progress. Prepare R&D expense/cost and other statistic reports, submit to headquarter for tax filing.
• Wok with other departments to complete the preparation of documents for high-tech enterprises recognition and reivew.
• Assist in preparing budget and outlook and calculate MSU rate; liaise with other departments to carry out cost control.
• Complete other task assigned by supervisor. 【Qualifications】
• Bachelor or above, major in Finance, Accounting or related.
• Over 3 years of working experience in cost accounting within manufacturing industry. Familiar with accounting workflows for manufacturing and R&D projects.
• Candidates with experience in R&D center or HTE are preferred.
• Must be familiar with SAP FI, CO and MM module; familiar with R&D expense aggregation, additional tax reduction and requirements for high-tech enterprises.
• Must be skilled in Excel for data analysis; candidate with AI skill is preferred.
• Basic English communication skill and be able to use English to prepare analysis.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skill and work under pressure; able to work independently or collaborate with team
• Highly proactive with a strong work ethic, results-oriented in approach, and focused on goal achievement. 【Main Responsibilities】
• 研发账务核算：负责研发中心日常账务处理，涵盖项目收入确认、费用归集、成本核算、凭证编制等，准确区分相关费用、成本，确保项目账务数据准确、完整。
• 项目成本管控：跟进项目全流程成本，统计原材料、零配件、人工、外协加工、设备折旧等各项成本支出，定期完成项目成本核算、成本分析报表，排查成本异常问题，为项目定价、成本优化提供数据支持。
• 研发台账与报表管理：建立研发项目台账，登记项目预算、投入、支出、进度等数据；按时编制研发费用、成本等报告，对接总公司财务，完成有关研发加计扣除、高新技术企业所得税申报等事宜。
• 和其他部门配合，完成高新技术企业认定、复核等过程中的相关资料的准备。
• 配合完成研发中心预算和预测、资金计划，并计算有关制造费率；对接采购、研发、生产组装部门，做好财务对接与成本管控。
• 完成主管安排的其他必要的工作内容。 【Qualifications】
• 本科及以上学历，财务、会计等相关专业。
• 3年以上制造业成本经验，熟悉制造、研发项目账务流程，有研发中心和高新技术企业财务经验者优先。
• 必须熟悉SAP 系统 (FI, CO, MM功能模块), 熟悉研发费用归集、加计扣除、高新技术企业财务规范。
• 必须熟练运用Excel进行数据分析，有AI运用技能者尤佳。
• 基本的英语沟通能力，必须能使用英语准备报表分析。
• 必须拥有良好的沟通能力, 优秀的抗压能力, 能独立自主地开展工作, 并与团队良好地协作。
• 主观能动性强，良好的工作态度，做事风格以结果为导向，关注于目标的达成。
• 工作地点能够配合公司要求，在苏州、杭州两地开展工作。
