Location: Almaden Valley, San Jose, CA
Schedule: 4–5 days per week
Position: Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (DA/RDA)

We are a well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Almaden Valley looking for a warm, motivated, and dependable Dental Assistant/RDA to join our team.

We are a single-doctor private practice with 1–2 hygienists working each day. Our philosophy is simple: we treat our patients like family. We are looking for someone who shares that philosophy and understands that excellent dentistry is about more than just clinical care—it is about creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for the doctor
• Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
• Sterilization and infection control
• Taking dental X-rays and intraoral images
• Assisting with procedures and patient flow
• Updating patient records and clinical documentation
• Providing excellent patient communication and support
• Maintaining a clean and organized operatory
• Helping with lab cases and other clinical tasks
• Supporting the team with daily office needs
