RDA/OA - Full Time

Job Summary

We are searching for a dedicated and energetic RDA/OA to join our team.

In addition to assisting with clinical duties, this role involves supporting office and front desk tasks on non-patient days (such as handling administrative duties, scheduling, and patient communications).

Full time Tuesday - Saturday (Hours vary by day/specialty between 8AM - 6PM)

Responsibilities

• Assist with general, pediatric, and orthodontic procedures.
• Help break down treatment areas, handle clean up, and manage sterilization of instruments.
• On non-patient days, assist with organizing, taking inventory, clean up, patient scheduling, and general administrative support.
• Able to take good, clean X-rays and willing to learn and adapt in a fast-growing office.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting with a focus on orthodontics or pediatric dentistry is highly preferred.
• Experience with patient management software.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, medical documentation, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
• Ability to perform X-ray procedures confidently while following safety protocols.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies.
• Experience with dental sterilization procedures, infection prevention management, and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and compassionately.
• Demonstrated drive to learn, adapt quickly, self-motivate, and take initiative independently.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:

• RDA: 2 years (Required)
• OA or Ortho: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Registered Dental Assistant (Required)
• OA License or Experience (Required)
