- Designs and prepares technical proposals, system layouts, and solution presentations aligned with client requirements, budget, and project feasibility.
- Supports business development activities by assisting in prospecting, lead conversion, client presentations, and technical discussions to help close sales.
- Coordinates with engineering, operations, and internal teams to ensure proper project implementation, installation, commissioning, and system performance monitoring.
- Delivers after-sales technical support and contributes to market expansion, membership growth, and client satisfaction through continuous engagement and advisory services.
