We're recruiting full-time and part-time Reablement Support Workers our clients at home following a stay in hospital. We have work available in Stroud and surrounding Areas

Pay rates from £14.50 to £15.00 per hour

Flexible Work That Fits Around You We Offer a Flexible Approach To Shifts, Including Mornings 8:00am – 2:00pm

Evenings 4:00pm – 10:00pm

4 days on, 4 days off (with a focus on work-life balance)

Full-time and part-time roles available.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Reablement Support Worker, you’ll support people in their own homes—helping people to maintain their independence in:

Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)

Meal preparation and medication

Encouraging independence through an outcome-focused approach following their reablement pathway

Maintaining a safe environment

Working alongside families, Social Workers, OT’s and Physiotherapy teams including other professionals to provide a therapeutic service

Reporting changes and maintaining care records and peoples progress on their reablement pathway
