Reach Truck Operator

We are looking for a safety-conscious, dependable, and experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our logistics and warehousing team at Airspeed. In this role, you will be responsible for operating material handling equipment to move, sort, stack, and retrieve various parcels, boxes, and palletized shipments within our facility. Your work ensures smooth cargo flow, accurate inventory placement, and the safe handling of client goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate a stand-up or sit-down electric reach truck to move, load, unload, and stack palletized parcels, boxed goods, and freight in high-tier racking storage.
• Cargo Handling & Staging: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound boxes and parcels, ensuring proper staging for sorting, dispatch, or storage without damaging packaging or contents.
• Inventory & Order Support: Assist in picking, putting away, and verifying stock or bulk parcels according to warehouse management system (WMS) logs and dispatch schedules.
• Safety & Inspections: Conduct routine pre-operational and post-operational checks on the reach truck (checking brakes, steering, forks, horn, and battery levels). Strictly adhere to workplace safety and logistics standards.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep storage zones, loading bays, and high-rack aisles clear of obstructions, maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with warehouse supervisors, inventory controllers, and logistics dispatchers to ensure timely and accurate cargo movement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience operating a reach truck in a fast-paced logistics, warehouse, or courier hub handling boxes and parcels.
• License/Certification: Must possess a valid National Certificate (NC II) in Forklift Operation from TESDA.
• Skills: Strong spatial awareness, excellent maneuvering skills in narrow aisles, and attention to detail when handling boxed or packaged freight.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physical warehouse tasks, standing for long periods, and lifting/sorting parcels as required.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, safety-driven, punctual, and able to perform well under tight dispatch timelines.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
