Reel25 is a short-form video intelligence platform for agencies, brands, and founders. Customers add public TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts accounts or videos by URL, then use one dashboard to track performance, compare creators, spot emerging patterns, and understand which content converts.

The product works across individual videos and thousands of accounts, with recurring metric refreshes, analytics, AI-assisted niche research, and tools that turn proven patterns into new scripts.

The opportunity

We are looking for a React Developer to make complex short-form video data feel fast, clear, and actionable. You will build the interfaces customers use to track content, compare creators, explore performance, discover trends, and move from insight to the next creative decision.

We are open to strong mid-level and senior candidates and will calibrate ownership to experience.

Our current stack

• Languages: TypeScript across the core application and services, with role-specific Python or Java services where they are the right fit.
• Frontend: React and Next.js.
• Backend: Node.js and NestJS services and APIs.
• Database: PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM.
• Background work: Inngest for scheduled jobs, background processing, retries, and workflow orchestration.
• Cloud and deployment: Vercel deployments behind Cloudflare.
• Product services: Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, PostHog for product analytics, and Featurebase for customer support and feedback.
• Data and AI integrations: Apify and Firecrawl for public-web data workflows, plus OpenRouter for AI model access.

You do not need prior experience with every tool in this list. Strong fundamentals and equivalent experience with comparable frameworks, relational databases, queues or workflow systems, cloud deployments, testing, and observability are welcome.

What you'll own

• Build responsive TypeScript, React, and Next.js features across Reel25's dashboard and customer workflows.
• Create clear interfaces for large tables, filters, comparisons, charts, search results, and long-running analysis tasks.
• Translate product and design intent into accessible, reusable components and predictable interactions.
• Integrate frontend features with NestJS APIs, including loading, empty, partial, and failure states.
• Improve rendering performance for data-heavy screens and large result sets.
• Establish useful patterns for component testing, browser testing, error reporting, and PostHog instrumentation.
• Contribute to design-system consistency, documentation, and frontend architecture.
• Partner with product, design, and backend engineers from discovery through production validation.

What success looks like

• Customers can understand activity across hundreds or thousands of videos without feeling overwhelmed.
• Important patterns and comparisons are visible without unnecessary clicks or manual exports.
• Data-heavy screens remain responsive and accessible.
• UI behavior is consistent and covered by meaningful tests.
• Product changes ship quickly without accumulating fragile frontend code.

What we're looking for

• Practical React and TypeScript experience.
• Understanding of modern JavaScript, browser behavior, component design, and state management.
• Experience consuming APIs and handling loading, error, and asynchronous-progress states.
• Ability to build responsive, accessible interfaces from product and design requirements.
• Familiarity with frontend testing, performance, and production debugging.
• Product sense and clear collaboration with engineering and design.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
