The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, REST APIs, and front-end architecture, with the ability to build responsive and user-friendly applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving technical solutions, optimizing application performance, and mentoring junior developers. The candidate should be capable of independently handling complex development tasks while contributing to best practices, code quality, and overall product success.
