React JS Lead

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications using React JS.
• Lead a team of developers to ensure timely delivery of projects and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and improve overall code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to React JS applications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in React JS and apply them to enhance our products.

Job Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React JS, including Hooks, Context API, and Redux.
• Experience with modern frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and ESLint.
• Excellent understanding of CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
• Familiarity with state management libraries like MobX or Recoil.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
