About Nitwebs

Nitwebs is looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior React Native Developer who can independently handle mobile application development projects from planning to deployment. We need someone with strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop, maintain, and deliver mobile applications using React Native.
• Take complete ownership of projects, from understanding requirements to development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Write clean, scalable, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Manage application state, navigation, authentication, and performance optimization.
• Identify and resolve technical issues independently.
• Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Estimate timelines, manage priorities, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate project progress clearly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in React Native development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience building and delivering production-ready Android and iOS applications.
• Strong understanding of React, React Hooks, component architecture, and state management.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and authentication systems.
• Knowledge of Git and standard software development practices.
• Experience with app debugging, performance optimization, and release management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand project requirements and make technical decisions independently.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

Most Important Requirement: Independent Project Ownership

We are specifically looking for a developer who can handle projects independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand requirements, plan the technical approach, make appropriate development decisions, solve problems independently, and deliver a complete, working application.

Candidates who require continuous technical guidance or supervision to complete projects may not be suitable for this role.

Work Location and Schedule

• Work location: Nitwebs office, Ludhiana, Punjab.
• Work arrangement: Work from office only; remote and hybrid work are not available.
• Working days: Monday to Friday.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
