Full Stack AI Engineer (React )

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer building secure, scalable, enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in React.js and modern front-end development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and LLM integrations.
• Experience building AI Agents, tool-calling workflows, orchestration, memory management, and guardrails.
• Proficiency in developing AI-native user experiences including streaming responses, state management, feedback capture, and human-AI interaction design.
• Strong understanding of AI-first architecture, balancing deterministic code, LLMs, and agent-based solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and cloud-native development.

Good to Have

• C# development experience.
• Experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude.
• Container platforms and enterprise search implementations.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, security, governance, and compliance practices.
