What they need
We are seeking a self Employed, experienced multi-skilled Building Maintenance Engineer to deliver a high-quality, efficient maintenance service .
This dynamic role involves a blend of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, alongside project-based work, ideally suited for a proactive engineer with strong plumbing, carpentry and building expertise. ( a good all rounder)
You will be required to travel from site to site carrying out the reactive maintenance tasks set for you each day, liaising directly with the clients on site.
Having your own van is essential.
