React.js & Next.js Developer

Napollo Software Design is hiring a Front-End Developer for our on-site office in Bahria, Lahore. We’re looking for a self-motivated developer passionate about modern web development, clean UI, and minimalist design.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with a strong focus on writing clean, modular, reusable, performant, accessible, and maintainable code.

You’ll work on ongoing projects and collaborate closely with designers, QA engineers, product managers, backend developers, and other team members, while leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools to improve development efficiency.

Must-Have Skills

Proven experience developing modern web applications using React.js, including Redux and Context API.

Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and its core concepts, including:

o App Router and routing

o Server and Client Components

o Layouts and dynamic routes

o Data fetching

o Middleware

o API/Route Handlers

o SSR, SSG, and ISR

o SEO and metadata optimization

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture, custom hooks, reusable components, and modular code.
• Experience with React Query / TanStack Query for server-state management, caching, data fetching, and mutations.
• Strong understanding of Redux, Context API, Vuex, and Pinia.
• Experience building and managing forms using Formik and implementing form validation with Yup.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and modern UI frameworks such as Material UI and shadcn/ui.
• Ability to convert Figma, Adobe XD, or similar designs into clean, semantic, pixel-perfect, and responsive interfaces.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs using Axios, Fetch API, React Query, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized development environments.
• Basic understanding of Redis, caching, sessions, and frontend/backend data workflows.
• Familiarity with development environments, environment variables, build processes, and application deployment workflows.
• Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance-optimization skills.
• Experience optimizing applications for performance, SEO, accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability.

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build clean, modular, reusable, scalable, and maintainable components and frontend architecture.
• Implement state management using Redux, Context API, Vuex, and Pinia where appropriate.
• Use React Query / TanStack Query for efficient server-state management and API interactions.
• Build robust and reusable forms using Formik, with client-side validation using Yup.
• Develop Next.js applications using SSR, SSG, and ISR based on application requirements.
• Work with Next.js routing, middleware, layouts, Server Components, Client Components, and data-fetching patterns.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, accessible, cross-browser-compatible interfaces.
• Optimize applications for performance, SEO, accessibility, and scalability.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend developers to ensure reliable data flow.
• Work with Docker-based development environments and understand containerized application workflows.
• Work with Redis-based caching and session/data-management workflows when required by the application architecture.
• Contribute to ongoing projects, understand existing codebases, implement new features, and improve existing functionality.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product managers, backend developers, and engineering teams.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain consistent coding standards and best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues efficiently.
• Build reusable components, utilities, hooks, and libraries that can be shared across projects.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, and Claude for development, debugging, refactoring, research, documentation, and productivity.
• Stay up-to-date with modern frontend technologies and continuously suggest improvements to tools, workflows, architecture, and development practices.

Education

• 2–3+ years of professional frontend development experience.

• Experience working on existing/ongoing projects and collaborating within a development team.
• Experience with Docker, Redis, Formik, Yup, or similar technologies is a plus.
