About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate React.js Developer with 4-5 years of experience in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend architecture, state management, API integrations, and responsive UI development. The candidate will work closely with product managers, UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver robust and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement state management solutions using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar technologies.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in application architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues in development and production environments.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure application quality and smooth releases.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with TypeScript in enterprise-level applications.
• Strong understanding of React Hooks, Functional Components, and Component Lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar state management libraries.
• Experience in consuming and integrating REST APIs.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, Bootstrap, and responsive web design.
• Experience with React Router and client-side routing concepts.
• Strong understanding of browser rendering behavior and frontend performance optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with Next.js.
• Knowledge of Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI, or other UI component libraries.
• Experience with Vite, Webpack, Babel, and frontend build tools.
• Exposure to GraphQL and Apollo Client.
• Knowledge of Micro Frontend architecture.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
