- Operate vehicles using approved remote-control tools when required.
- Assist passengers during recovery events and at pickup and drop-off locations.
- Use computer applications, terminal commands, diagnostic tools, and remote-operation interfaces to diagnose issues, identify root causes, apply approved corrective actions, update software, and verify resolution.

- Ability to read and follow technical procedures and interpret system information.
- Valid current driver’s license and prior driver’s license required; applicants must provide both to verify licensing history.
- Must pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check and meet applicable driving-record requirements.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, customer service, and adherence to safety-critical procedures.
- Ability to remain calm, make sound decisions, and follow escalation procedures during high-pressure situations.
