Our team supplies concrete for some of the region's largest projects, including highways, bridges, schools, airports, commercial developments, industrial facilities, and major infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a ready mix concrete truck in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Deliver ready mix concrete to residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Safely load, transport, and discharge concrete while maintaining product quality.
• Communicate with dispatch, batch plants, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery tickets and daily inspection reports.
• Keep equipment clean and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Represent VMK Concrete with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL (with current Medical Card).
• Safe driving record.
• Ready mix or commercial driving experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a CDL.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical job duties.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background requirements.

• Ready mix concrete delivery
• Commercial truck driving
• Construction or heavy equipment operations
• DOT compliance and safety regulations
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment inspections
