Real Esate Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Real Estate Executive to manage property sales, client interactions, site visits, and property maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting prospective buyers throughout the sales process while ensuring that properties are well-maintained, presentable, and ready for client visits.

Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Client Management

Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial properties.

Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Conduct property presentations and provide detailed information on project features, pricing, and payment plans.

Follow up with prospective clients to maximize sales conversions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service.

Handle client queries, negotiations, and assist in closing property sales.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and the sales process.

Property Visits

Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.

Showcase properties professionally and explain key features and amenities.

Ensure properties are clean, accessible, and ready before every client visit.

Collect client feedback after site visits and maintain records for follow-up.

Property Maintenance

Regularly inspect assigned properties to ensure they are well-maintained.

Coordinate with maintenance vendors and service providers for repairs, cleaning, landscaping, and general upkeep.

Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor the overall condition and presentation of vacant and occupied properties.

Maintain records of maintenance activities and property inspections.

Reporting & Administration

Update client interactions, site visit details, and sales progress in the CRM system.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, property visits, sales, and maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate documentation related to clients, properties, and transactions.

Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and property status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related field.

1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or a similar role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.

Good knowledge of property sales processes and documentation.

Basic understanding of property maintenance and facility coordination.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.

Valid driving license is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
