Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

Central Texas real estate investment company that buys houses, lots, and land for remodels and long-term rentals. We’re looking for a hungry, organized Acquisition Specialist to help us find, vet, and close more deals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Find off-market and on-market deals: distressed and dilapidated houses, fixer-uppers, vacant lots, and land
• Work leads from our marketing, driving for dollars, MLS, wholesalers, agents, and direct outreach
• Run comps, estimate repair costs, and analyze deals for flip or rental
• Visit properties, take photos, and walk sites with our construction team
• Call and meet with sellers and negotiate offers
• Manage contracts and due diligence, and coordinate with title through closing
• Keep the deal pipeline and CRM updated daily

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, sales, or acquisitions preferred but not required
• Comfortable talking to sellers in tough situations
• Strong with numbers and spreadsheets
• Self-starter who follows up relentlessly
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Real estate license a plus

COMPENSATION

• Base salary plus a bonus on every closed acquisition
• Bonuses increase once you pass a monthly closing target
• No cap on earnings. Your income grows with the deals you close.
