Job Role Description: This position offers an hybrid role for a sales Sales Executives at Brit Properties Nigeria Limited in Ibadan. It is a commission-based role with attractive incentives and a part-time employment option.

The Sales executive will be responsible for hiring and training marketers, engaging with clients, promoting property options, negotiating sales, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, conducting property viewings, and closing sales transactions.

Qualifications:

● 0 - 2years Expeirence in Busienss management, Sales, Marketing or related field

● Candidates should possess a B.Sc., HND, or equivalent degree in any field.

● Proven sales experience and the ability to meet targets is a plus

● Candidates must be customer service-oriented, capable of working independently or as part of a team.

● Proficient in strategic communication.

● Marketing and Sales promotion skills
