If you're licensed and working hard but closings feel unpredictable, a consistent pipeline and follow-up rhythm matter. Beckman's Real Estate Team gives agents team opportunities, coaching and tools while they build their own sphere and referral business.

We serve buyers and sellers throughout the Flathead Valley. This role fits an agent willing to prospect, learn the local inventory, guide clients well and measure the work that leads to closings.

Rewards

• Proposed annual earnings: $150,000-$250,000, commission-based and dependent on production. Classification: 1099 independent contractor. Commission split discussed in person at interview.
• Our team reports average agent take-home in the $125,000-$250,000 range based on previous agents' results; individual earnings vary
• PLACE opportunity model: Associate tier (13-24 units/year) adds a stock purchase plan and revenue share; Partner tier (25-48 units or $250K GCI) adds a subsidized health care plan and the partner mastermind group
• In-house marketing and design support, listing presentation resources, PLACE development and Brivity tools
• Daily live professional development through PLACE plus weekly team coaching

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers from first conversation through closing

Work team-generated opportunities and build your own database, sphere, and listings

Price, stage, and market listings with our in-house marketing team

Negotiate offers and manage transactions with our support staff

Track activity and pipeline in our CRM; attend weekly coaching and trainings

Qualifications Active Montana real estate license

Production history preferred, but we care more about coachability and follow-up discipline

Full-time commitment - this is a career, not a side license

Compensation $150,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
