Role Description In this full-time hybrid role based in Oeiras, the Mudar de vida se... professional will support clients through the full real estate lifecycle, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. A typical day includes prospecting and contacting potential clients, conducting property visits, and gathering detailed information to present suitable real estate opportunities. The role involves preparing and updating listings, supporting negotiations between buyers and sellers, and coordinating necessary documentation with internal and external partners. The professional will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, collaborate with the office team to meet shared goals, and perform some work-from-home tasks such as client follow-up, scheduling, and market research.

Qualifications

• Ability to build strong client relationships, understand client needs, and provide empathetic, solutions-focused support.
• Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written Portuguese; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, properties, and deadlines effectively.
• Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, email, video calls, and basic office productivity tools.
• Motivation to work toward sales and service targets, with a results-oriented and proactive mindset.
• Collaborative attitude to work effectively with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders in a team environment.
• High ethical standards, reliability, and discretion in handling client information and transactions.
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory; training may be provided.
• Availability to work on-site in Oeiras and remotely as needed
