• 1+ year of proven Dubai real estate experience
• Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities
• A motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset
• Confident in lead generation, prospecting, and consistent follow-ups
• Active on social media with the ability to leverage personal branding to attract clients
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• A self-starter who takes initiative, creates opportunities, and doesn’t wait for business to come to them
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and a professional approach to clients

What We Offer

Option 1 – Fixed Salary + Commission
For agents who value stability, we offer a monthly salary along with an attractive commission structure, giving you both security and earning potential.

Option 2 – Commission-Only
For experienced and high-performing agents, our competitive commission structure is designed to maximise your earning potential. The more you achieve, the more you earn — with no ordinary limits on your income.
