Real Estate Agent

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Male Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of UAE real estate experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in property sales and leasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle property sales and leasing transactions.
• Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate property information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Negotiate offers and agreements between parties.
• Follow up with clients throughout the transaction until completion.
• Manage and update property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and prices.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, landlords, and internal teams.
• Ensure transactions comply with applicable UAE real estate regulations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/leasing targets.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and transactions.

Requirements

• Male candidates only.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience — Mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving License — Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Proven experience in property sales or leasing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
• Any nationality can apply.
• Company visa will be provided.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
