Responsibilities

· Represent buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process

· Generate leads and build a strong pipeline through networking, follow-up, and marketing

· Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and open houses

· Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing

· Stay current on market trends, pricing, and inventory

· Deliver a high-touch, professional client experience from first contact to close

Qualifications

· Active real estate license or ability to obtain one within 60 days

· Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

· Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and basic marketing tools
