Compensation

• Commission-Based Earning
• Expected first-year earnings: $60,000–$900,000+.

Qualifications

• Realtor Licensed In Florida
• Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License (or in process)
• Motivated and coachable
• Goal-driven with strong communication skills
• Spanish speakers strongly encouraged

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Real Estate Agents that Speak Portuguese
• Licensed Sales Person that Speaks Spanish
• Licensed Agent that is Fluent in French
