In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to discerning clients, providing expert guidance throughout every stage of the buying and selling process. Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients while understanding their unique needs and preferences.
• Market luxury estates through innovative strategies including digital campaigns, social media, and private networking events.
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and private tours that highlight the distinctive features of each estate.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with confidence, securing favorable terms for clients while ensuring full compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Manage all aspects of property transactions from listing to closing, including inspections, appraisals, and documentation.
• Stay informed on local market trends, property laws, and real estate regulations to provide accurate guidance.
• Collaborate closely with legal professionals, property managers, and administrative staff to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.

Skills

• Exceptional negotiation abilities with a strong track record of closing high-value deals.
• Strong marketing acumen and the ability to create compelling campaigns for luxury properties.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong advantage for serving diverse clientele.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Deep knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings and tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience in real estate, administration, or property management is highly desirable.

Pay: $65,545.67 - $200,000.00 per year
