Real Estate Agent

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided leads database.
2. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding property listings.
3. Explain property features, pricing, availability, and project details to prospective buyers or tenants.
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
5. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
6. Provide updates on promotional campaigns, new launches, and available projects.
7. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
8. Post a minimum of 3 videos per week on social media in collaboration with the company’s official social media pages.
