Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential property buyers, sellers and tenants.
- Promote and market residential and commercial properties.
- Arrange property viewings and negotiate with clients.
- Manage client inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare property listings and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Support the completion of property transactions and achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- Omani national only.
- Experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and customer-focused.
Work Location: In person
