Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
• Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify trends, property values, and opportunities for clients
• Negotiate offers effectively on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and deal closure
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial listing or client inquiry to closing, including paperwork and legal compliance
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote property listings across various channels
• Build strong client rapport through excellent communication skills, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service
• Utilize sales technology adoption tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to streamline workflows and track client interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, including residential transactions and managing real estate offers negotiation
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with a deep understanding of industry trends and fair housing regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with sales technology tools supported by industry standards
• Ability to analyze real estate market data effectively to advise clients on property values and investment opportunities
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client bases
• Demonstrated organizational skills with experience managing real estate transactions from start to finish
• Knowledge of real estate law, property management practices, and administrative procedures related to real estate practice
• Customer relationship management (CRM) systems experience for maintaining client records and follow-ups is preferred
• A proactive attitude towards adopting new sales technologies and staying current with industry trends
• Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one as required by local regulations
