Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at Ortigas Land Residences and Offices is a contract, on-site position based in Pasig. The Real Estate Agent is responsible for prospecting and engaging potential buyers and tenants, conducting property tours, and presenting available residential and office units. Daily activities include qualifying leads, explaining property features and pricing, assisting clients through documentation and transaction processes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate listing information. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, providing responsive customer service, and meeting sales targets while representing the company’s brand and values.

Qualifications

• Possesses a valid Real Estate License and formal training or certification in Real Estate.
• Demonstrates strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
• Has proven Sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Understands Real Property concepts, local market trends, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work on-site in Pasig, manage a varied schedule, and handle multiple clients and listings.
• Comfortable using digital tools for listings, client follow-up, and documentation; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate within Pasig or nearby areas is a plus.
