My husband Ken and I lead the Cary Team at Keller Williams in Greater Lafayette. Our team has consistently closed $18M in volume for several years — and I'm looking for agents who want to grow with us, not just hang their license somewhere.

Responsibilities

• Work with buyers — consult, get signed agreements, and find them homes
• Work with sellers — win listings and market their homes
• Negotiate offers for your buyers and sellers
• Turn prospecting and lead gen into set appointments
• Host two open houses a month
• Complete PLACE Launch training
• Show up weekly: 1:1 coaching, team training, and Partner Call

Qualifications

• Active Indiana real estate license
• Working knowledge of CRM and lead management systems (PLACE Technology a plus)
• Learning based
• Growth minded
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
