Role Description This is a contract, on-site & remote Real Estate Agent role based in Santa Monica, CA. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants in residential and commercial transactions, including property showings, listing presentations, and offer preparation. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, analyzing investment opportunities, conducting market and neighborhood research, preparing comparative market analyses, and guiding clients through pricing, negotiation, and closing processes. The agent will coordinate property marketing activities, such as listing management, signage, open houses, online promotion, and collaboration with the internal investment and brokerage teams. Daily work will involve maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards, nurturing client relationships, and supporting DRU’s broader portfolio and investment strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License with thorough knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
• Demonstrated strength in Customer Service, including client communication, relationship building, and responsiveness.
• Proven Sales abilities with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing real estate deals.
• Familiarity with local and greater Los Angeles real estate markets and trends.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in contracts, disclosures, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and adapt to a fast-paced investment-focused environment.
• Comfort with common real estate tools and platforms (MLS, CRM systems, digital marketing tools) and basic proficiency in standard office software.
• Prior experience working with investors, distressed assets, or value-add properties is highly beneficial.
