Job Title: Real Estate Agent
Experience: Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate experience
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Handle property sales and rental transactions.
- Identify new property listings and business opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Follow up with leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of real estate experience.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Arabic-speaking is required.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills
